Restaurants:
For
such a small island the variety of cuisine is incredible
and caters to all tastes and all budgets. You can have
a fantastic and authentic French meal prepared at "Le
Grand Bleu" a restaurant that is very reasonable
and highly recommended.
Choices
have increased dramatically and now include Scandinavian,
Italian, buffets, bakery, Japanese, and even British.
Of
course there is also a wide range of seafood dishes available.
Not
suprisingly, you can even get a great 100%
authentic Thai meal freshly prepared at one of the many
food
stalls at a cost that wont break the bank of the most
budget
conscious back-packers.
In
fact the only thing you may have to worry about is whether
you'll be able to get into the same
wetsuit at the end of your course!
Bars
The
best bar on Phi Phi was lost in the tsunami - Tin Tins
but there are plenty of other bars which cater for all
tastes.
You
can party into the early hours of the morning in places
like the Reggae Bar, Carlitos, Apache Bar and Hippies Bar.
Or
have a quieter drink at JJ's Bar, the Sports Bar or one
of the many restaurants situated near the beach.
If
you want to do something more active, there are lots
of other things to do...
